Values Discovery Process 

Every individual, family, team, or organization has a set of core values that guides which priorities are important and what it seeks to accomplish. Understanding and implementing these core values is key to a high-performing life – whether you are am individual, team, or organization.

Team Values Discovery Process can be facilitated in a workshop or retreat environment with the members of your leadership team.  Your team will be guided through a series of exercises to help write the team, groups or organization’s values statement. This workshop will incorporate an online values assessment, survey, interactive exercises, brainstorming, and strategies for personal and team development.

As a result of this training session, participants will be able to:

  • Increase personal awareness of the importance & impact of values
  • Articulate the team’s shared values
  • Communicate more effectively (verbally & nonverbally)

Participants will receive a packet to use during the session and for future reference.

Hospitality/Service Training 

The Hospitality/Service Training can be facilitated in a customized workshop or retreat environment with the members of your leadership team. Your team will be guided through a series of exercises and experiences, highlighting critical components that every employee should consider as they work with others. Too often, employees think only about the experience of external customers (i.e. vendors, guests, etc), but it is paramount that trust, respect, genuineness, and excellence are key values within the team environment. This type of environment requires intentional investment by everyone. The training session will incorporate useful tips, interactive exercises, brainstorming, and service strategies for personal and team development.

 

As a result of this training session, participants will be able to:

Personality Discovery Process 

Personality Discovery Process can be facilitated in a workshop or retreat environment with the members of your leadership team.  Your team will be guided through a series of exercises to help discuss how to understand individual personality style and how personality influences team development.

Relationship Awareness & Conflict Resolution Process 

Relationship Awareness and conflict resolution can be facilitated in a workshop or retreat environment with the members of your leadership team. Your team will be guided through a comprehensive assessment and series of exercises to help discuss one’s motivational value system, conflict sequence, and personal strengths in an effort to improve individual and team emotional intelligence.

Goals: 

  • Create opportunities for self-and team awareness 
  • Utilize the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) to identify personal strengths in relating to others when everything is going well and when faced with conflict 
  • Improve the team’s emotional intelligence awareness
  • Identify areas of improvement and conflict within the team
  • Develop a team composite for further reinforcement and review
