Zarat Y. Boyd, PhD is passionate about bridging people together as well as helping people discover, develop, and maximize their full potential.
She has over 17 years of professional experience in creating dynamic learning environments for children, teens, young adults, and adult learners through customized sessions, seminars, classes, workshops, and programs. Her life vision is to live a full life that brings about true significance and lasting change and to help others do the same.
Early in her leadership journey she was invited to a White House Coffee by former President Clinton along with 14 other leaders across the country to discuss issues impacting the country.
Zarat has worked with student affairs divisions at the collegiate level, elementary schools, city government, churches, parachurch organizations, nonprofits, businesses, and community development organizations as well as local, state, national and international leaders to assist them in accomplishing their goals. She specializes in coaching, teambuilding, strategic planning, and leadership and organizational development.
Zarat’s educational background includes a BA in International Relations, a MA in Leadership, a MA in Human and Organizational Systems, and a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems. She has obtained several certifications and training credentials. She is a professionally trained coach, certified personality trainer, certified relationship awareness facilitator, certified emotional health consultant, advanced certified LifePlan facilitator and a certified strategic planner. She and her husband, Damian, live in Marietta, Georgia and are proud parents of their son, Damian Jr.
